Introducing Le Currents Camping!

For the first time in Le Currents history we are so excited to invite you to camp underneath the stars at the Official Le Currents Campground, starry eyed frothers only.

Bring your own tent, roll on through in your van or camper, or book in one of our very sleek Glamping options. Located at the beautiful National Equestrian Center only 10 minutes from the venue. We will be running FREE buses to and from the venue. Taupō has very limited Camping options and this is the ONLY campground that we will be running buses from.

Dive into the heart of Le Currents by camping with like minded music lovers, wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and music playing under the summer sun and fully experience the amazing community that Le Currents has to offer.

Hello, Haere mai and welcome to the inaugural Le Currents Campground! For the first time in LC history we are so excited to invite you to camp underneath the stars.

✨ Location and busses 🌸

Located at the beautiful National Equestrian Center only 10 minutes from the festival site. When arriving please enter through gate number 3.

We will be running FREE buses to and from the venue. The busses will be leaving between 11am - 12:30pm and returning from 9:00 pm once each bus becomes full. Taupō has very limited Camping options and this is the ONLY campground that we will be running buses from.

Please note that you must check in to the campground before heading to the festival.

🤎 Festivities 🌵

We will be providing entertainment on the night of the 26th from 5pm to 8pm with some groovy tunes to get the party started. Let’s start things off right, help us bring the vibe to Le Currents 2024.

Please note we cannot allow any visitors into the campground - you must hold a camping ticket to enter.

💃 Housekeeping 🐴

Check in from 2pm on the 26th and check out until 12pm on the 28th.

Toilets and showers are provided onsite, and we will have food vendors available on the 26th/27th to keep those bellies full and fueled for all the festivities.

There will be staff onsite to answer any questions and point you in the right direction if you need anything.

BYO food is fine, there is no kitchen on site. Cans are fine. No glass or bottled spirits, no drugs or paraphernalia, Please do not swim in the river! Security will be present, please put your rubbish in the bins provided and bring good vibes only.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the campground for any disorderly or anti-social behaviour - including severe intoxication. This campground and all our events are safe spaces, if at any point you feel harassed or unsafe please let our event staff or security know. You can do this discreetly by asking for Angela or Andrew.
